At Emportgo, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are committed to resolving your issue quickly and efficiently. Our return policy is as follows:

1. Order Issues: If there is an issue with your order, such as a missing item or incorrect delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

2. Cancellations: Orders can be canceled as long as they have not been processed by the restaurant. Once the order is confirmed and being processed by the restaurant, cancellations will no longer be possible.

3. Refund Process: Refunds are processed the same day, ensuring that any issues are resolved as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used during the order.
